Senate passed Connecticut medical malpractice reform
The Senate has passed legislation geared at reducing Connecticut medical malpractice insurance rates and medical mistakes. Unlike some other states, the reform does not set limits on pain and suffering damages and the governor has said he would veto any Connecticut medical malpractice proposal that does.
