2003-03-09
Victims of Georgia medical malpractices are unhappy with the new proposed legislation in Georgia that would cap jury awards for non-economic damages at $250,000. A Senate committee is still considering the Georgia medical malpractice legislation. Under the proposed bill, victims of severe or permanent Georgia medical malpractices will not receive nearly enough to cover treatments that are necessary to their lives.
